
SERVICE AGREEMENT
I. DEFINITIONS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
1. Agreement terms:
Gamota invites you to use the web purchase services (collectively, the "Services") on the basis that you agree to all terms and conditions stated in the Gamota Service Agreement ("Gamota Service Agreement").
The Gamota Service Agreement takes effect when you register a Gamota ID account. Your use of the Services means that you accept all terms and conditions below.
2. Definitions:
2.1. "Gamota ID Service Agreement Account": an account used to access Gamota game services in particular and other Gamota products and services in general.
2.2. "Account owner": the person who owns a Gamota ID account.
2.3. "Gamota game portal service" (the "Service"): products on the Gamota.vn website provided by Gamota. The Service includes game top-up card products, dedicated top-up portal services for Gamota games, and purchase of physical products.
2.4. "Gamota": an online game service provider under Appota Joint Stock Company. Gamota provides online game services and uses Gamota ID accounts for gameplay.
2.5. "Gamota ID": an identification code provided by Gamota to each player when using a Gamota ID account to play games and log in to Gamota. Each account owner is issued one unique Gamota ID to log in to Gamota.
2.6. "User": a player using Gamota services and owning a Gamota ID.
II. REGULATIONS ON REGISTRATION, LOGIN AND ACCOUNT PROTECTION
1. Registration
To use Gamota services, you need to register a Gamota ID by completing the registration form available on gamota.com (Register section) or by accessing the game (Register section). To use the Services, you must complete the registration process and agree to all terms under this Agreement.
When you begin using Gamota services, you will log in using your separately registered Gamota ID.
2. Login
- You will use the Gamota ID account that you successfully registered to log in to Gamota.
- For each Gamota ID account, the user will have one password to log in and access all services using the Gamota ID account.
- You are responsible for protecting your account information and must immediately notify Gamota if you believe your account information has been compromised. Gamota is not responsible for account compromise caused by password disclosure, and is not responsible for handling account complaints where the user cannot provide information verifying account ownership.
3. Account protection
- Gamota ID account registration information includes email (or phone number) and password.
- After successfully registering a Gamota ID account, you should update your personal account information by visiting https://id.appota.com/profile to update account protection information:

+ Identity card or citizen identification card
+ Other account security information if required
- Registered account protection information will be used to verify account ownership. When account complaints arise, Gamota will support you when you provide the most complete and accurate account protection information registered.
III. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rights of the Gamota ID account owner
- The right to change the login account and account password, and to change registered account protection information.
- The right to use the Gamota ID account to log in to and use all services using Gamota ID accounts in general, and Gamota online game login in particular.
2. Responsibilities of the Gamota ID account owner
- Register the Gamota ID username in accordance with the registration rules above.
- Register complete, truthful and accurate personal information and complete account protection information to establish account ownership.
- Present full proof of account ownership upon request by Gamota.
- The account owner is responsible for protecting account information, including the email/phone number registered as Gamota ID, protection phone number, identity card/citizen identification card, and transaction information for top-ups into the Gamota ID account, and must immediately notify Gamota if the account owner believes account information has been compromised.
3. Violations and handling measures
When using products and services, you agree not to conduct the following acts:
3.1 Acts related to misuse of products and services for improper purposes
- Opposing the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, offending or harming national security, social order and safety, or causing conflict between religions or ethnic groups; inciting violence or propagating war, etc.
- Promoting social evils and obscene content, or violating standards of good customs and traditions.
- Distorting, slandering, impersonating or damaging the reputation of organizations or individuals.
- Advertising or promoting products or services other than those of Gamota and Appota, especially prohibited products or services.
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, deception, fraud or other violations of law (if any).
- Any other act that violates applicable law.
For violations of the above provisions, Gamota has full discretion to handle violations depending on severity by one or more of the following methods: (1) reminder or warning; (2) deduction or recovery of items or in-game currency in the game where the violation occurs; (3) temporary or permanent account suspension; (4) other legal action if there are signs of law violation.
4. Gamota's rights
- Gamota has the right to temporarily or permanently lock a Gamota ID account if it detects that the user has violated the terms of the Service Agreement.
- Gamota has the right to interrupt services from time to time according to regular plans or without prior notice (in case of unexpected errors) for service maintenance.
- You agree that services may be interrupted for reasons beyond Gamota's control, and Gamota may not guarantee that you can use the Services when such errors occur. Gamota will not be responsible for any service interruption or delay or failure to perform services caused by objective reasons such as natural disasters, war, network service providers, electricity service providers or similar causes interrupting the Services.
- Gamota has the right to change, update, supplement, delete or remove any content of this Gamota Service Agreement without prior notice. However, after content is changed or adjusted, Gamota will notify customers who have used or are using the Services through notices on the service homepage.
5. Gamota's responsibilities
Gamota is responsible for keeping confidential the information provided by customers except in cases stated in this Agreement or with your permission. Gamota will not provide any of your personal information to third parties without your consent. Gamota has the right to provide your information to law enforcement agencies for investigation if you or your account violates the law, or to resolve legal matters. If you request any technical support, you agree to our remote access and inspection of your computer for the purpose of downloading software for support and error handling.
IV. SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. User consent
By using a Gamota ID account to log in to Gamota, you show that you accept the contents of the Gamota Service Agreement. If you do not agree with our Gamota Service Agreement, please stop using game top-up, top-up card purchase and physical product services.
2. Agreement on handling transaction errors and incidents
2.1. Detecting errors or invalid/inaccurate transactions:
When Customers make transactions on the website, after each transaction is completed, we send a successful transaction notice by email and through the personal notification section on the website. If Customers have reason to believe that their game account/order has a problem, please notify Gamota immediately when:
- There is an inaccurate transaction notice.
- An invalid transaction has been sent to the Customer's account.
- There is unauthorized access to the Customer's account.
Gamota only accepts payment transactions made through payment channels provided by Gamota's partners and introduced or announced in the products/services and/or on the product/service homepage. Gamota will not be responsible to you if you make payments through other channels. Transactions not made through Gamota payment channels or payment channels provided by Gamota's partners will be deemed invalid, and Gamota has the right to recover or deduct in-game items or currency and, in some cases, permanently revoke violating accounts.
2.2. Notifying Gamota of errors or invalid/inaccurate transactions
After a successful transaction, if the user has not received the service within 24 hours from successful payment, please contact Gamota by the following methods for support:
- Chat online with Gamota support staff or call the customer service hotline 19006855 (from 8:00 to 22:00 daily)
- Send a complaint to email: cskh@gamota.com
- Submit an error report through the error reporting tool at: https://hotro.gamota.com/
- Gamota Plus application (CH Play, App Store): https://onelink.to/dyr6e7
- Visit Gamota's office (according to the address information on Gamota's website)
Customers must send notice to Gamota within 24 working hours from the time the Customer discovers the error or incident. Gamota will not be responsible if the customer notifies the error/incident after the above deadline. After the above period, if we do not receive any email or inquiry from you, our obligations will be deemed completed.
2.3. Reviewing and handling Customers' notices:
Gamota will send notice of investigation results for these cases within ten (10) business days after Gamota receives the Customer's notice (or 20 business days for completed transactions). If the error is caused by Gamota, we will remedy it immediately. However, where additional time is needed, Gamota may take up to ninety (90) days to review complaints for completed transactions or transactions outside Vietnam.
Gamota will be responsible for damages suffered by Customers, except in the following cases:
- The error is not caused by Gamota.
- The customer notifies the error/incident after the deadline specified in this Agreement.
- Gamota's system is not operating properly and the Customer "knew" this when conducting the transaction.
- Internet connection issues: line errors, connection errors, fiber cable cuts, network outages or similar transmission errors that Gamota cannot intervene in.
- Temporary fund-holding policies by banks, transaction review policies by banking systems, the Customer's account, or connection issues between Gamota and the banks selected by Customers for payment:
Gamota has the right to be exempt from all responsibility for performing this Agreement if performance is hindered or prevented by fire, flood, earthquake or other natural disasters; strike, labor stoppage, war, riot or any similar circumstance beyond Gamota's control. If Gamota cannot perform its obligations to Customers due to any of the above causes or similar events, Gamota will try to notify Customers of the event and our actions.
2.4. Refund policy
We allow Customers to submit order cancellation requests within 24 hours from successful payment if Customers have not received the service.
We DO NOT accept order cancellation requests in the following cases:
- The cancellation request is submitted after the permitted time above (after 24 hours from successful payment).
- The Customer fails to provide information or data to Gamota and/or fails to comply with the terms and conditions prescribed by Gamota.
- The card has been redeemed, or part or all of the topped-up Gxu/in-game currency has been used.
- The Customer conducts forged, unauthorized or non-compliant transactions under Gamota regulations.
- Fraudulent, forged or suspected forged transactions are under investigation by payment units and competent authorities.
- The transaction is complained about, unpaid or refused payment by the payment gateway, bank or card issuer during complaint resolution.
The review period is 180 days from the date of the transaction requested for review.
For complaints related to game top-up transactions (via scratch cards/bank cards), Gamota only receives and processes transactions in the month in which the transaction occurs, and complaints for that transaction must be submitted before the last day of that month. Complaints for top-up transactions submitted beyond the prescribed period will not be accepted by Gamota.
Gamota is not responsible for compensating any damages during the handling of transaction complaints.
3. Information collection
When users use the Services or access the Gamota website, Gamota may collect information in various ways so that the Services can operate more effectively and provide users with increasingly higher-quality products and services. Gamota collects information in various ways when users use the Services, including information from registration forms on the website, technologies such as Log Data, cookies, email information inquiries, etc. The forms of information collection used by Gamota include:
3.1. Information received from users/information users provide to Gamota
This is information that users provide to Gamota through registration/account creation. Gamota may request users to provide certain information, including but not limited to full name, date of birth, permanent and/or temporary address, residential postal code, phone number, email addresses usable for communication with users, credit card number, etc., to serve the provision of Services to users and meet legal requirements for retaining certain mandatory information of each user.
3.2 Information collected by Gamota:
When users access the website and/or use the Services, Gamota may use Log Data and Cookies collection methods, as well as other methods/features, to collect certain user information, including but not limited to: IP address, name and characteristics, browser version, operating system version and parameters of the user's device, hardware parameters and other software on the user's device, user habits in using the Services, parameters and statistics on use of the Services and other online services by the user, etc.
Log Data: When users access the website and/or use the Services, Gamota's system will automatically collect and store information sent from the user's browser ("Log Data"). Log Data includes but is not limited to information such as the user's IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser characteristics and version, websites visited by the user before visiting Gamota's website, Gamota websites visited by the user, time spent/accessed/retained on each website, information searched or queried by the user on the websites, and other statistics.
Cookies: We use "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a file that Gamota sends to the user's device to store information. Through cookies, Gamota may store the ID and password registered by the user for automatic login in subsequent sessions (if permitted by the user). Gamota may also activate certain features of the Services and website to better understand how users interact with and use the Services. Cookies we use may include (1) cookies stored on the user's device, and (2) cookies deleted after the user logs out of the Services and closes the browser. Users may use built-in browser features to block receipt and storage of Gamota cookies. However, users may then be unable to use the Services with all features and utilities.
Data from other social network platforms: Where users wish to use social network accounts such as Facebook, Google, Apple, etc. to log in to Gamota's system, users agree that Gamota may use data fields declared on those social networks, including but not limited to full name, email, phone number, etc., to create or link with a Gamota account.
4. Purpose of information collection
User information collected by Gamota as stated above is used only for operating, improving and modifying the Services to better match user needs, and for maintaining and improving the quality and security of the Services in order to best protect the interests of both Gamota and users. Information received and collected by Gamota from users plays an important role in improving the Services and website, and provides Gamota with valuable information about service usage trends and user interests, from which we develop and update features and utilities suitable for user needs.
